The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Experience with design and implementation of product development in a digital, voice technology, or AI context.
• Well rounded Fidelity experience with a good understanding of Personal Investing Regional Centers, customer facing experience, and a good overall understanding of financial products and offerings. FINRA licensed a plus.
• Test/measure/learn. You have experience defining champion challenger populations and at times execute the measurement itself.
• Experience with human centered design, Design Thinking or web/ service/ industrial design.
• Prior experience with analytics and concepts like mean, median, standard deviation.
• Ability to read/write sql and build basic dashboards preferred. If not present, these skills should be acquired within 90 days.
• Experience working in situations of complex interdependencies with other internal partner or external vendors

We build the next generation voice and text chat-bots as well as other AI powered products and capabilities for Fidelity with focus on our Personal Investing clients. We work on first ever products together with our internal and external partners and co-create new products with our vendors. If vendors have the product on the general availability list, we will most likely not work on it
The Skills You Bring
• In the Natural Language Processing Look Ahead squad you are the voice of the customer and are responsible for the experience design aspects of our new products and capabilities. You are a ninja of problem exploration that can clearly communicate with the team, our clients as well as with Fidelity senior leadership and can help the team plan and execute against set targets.
• You are responsible for helping train operations and client service teams in the use of our products.
• You are methodical in your approach and understand that we are delivering an experience and not a widget therefore you thrive around planning and executing all aspects of the experience.
• You are a tinkerer that is passionate about adding the next customer experience, or altering an existent feature to existent products.
• You are capable of working with and informing the work of data science and engineering teams.
• You are responsible for understanding how the squad developed products integrate seamlessly into the larger Fidelity AI ecosystem.
• You are passionate about Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Understanding and are able to demonstrate your passion through your contributions to the AI community.
