Responsibilities:
Lead an inbound contact center team to acquire, service, grow and retain profitable business through effective talent management, process improvement, workflow, metrics, business literacy and financial accountabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Leadership experience required, formal leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Requires excellent customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills.
• Must also possess strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Previous leadership experience in a call center or production environment preferred, not required.
• Previous experience within the insurance or financial services industry preferred, not required.
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Location:
Role can either be based in our Des Moines, IA home office or Grand Island, NE satellite office.
