JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruiting Administrator will maintain a full understanding of the Recruitment Process from beginning to end in order to provide assistance across all levels of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain the OpenHire database to ensure accuracy in reporting
• Manage the Requisition Approval process by entering requisitions, following through the approval process, and posting the positions
• Manage the Job Posting process by posting approved positions, assigning to the appropriate Recruiting Team member , and closing out positions once filled
• Manage the Offer Process by setting up Background Screenings, creating Offer Packets, and clearing candidates for employment
• Maintain Recruiting Reports to represent data on requisitions, job openings, and offers
• Provide reports to various Managers and Executives across the organization

• These reports include: OpenHire Tracking, Open Positions, Pending Requisitions, Offers, Time to Fill, Cost to Fill, Outside Recruiting Cost, Recruiting Contract/Expense costs
• Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Manager, and other levels of management regarding recruiting needs, questions, and/or issues
• Provide backup assistance to the Recruiters by conducting Pre-Screen Interviews, Reference checks, and any other tasks as requested

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
• BS / BA or Equivalent Work Experience
• Professional Human Resources certification a plus
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 to 4 Years
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
• Able to work and use time effectively based on key priorities, under tight deadlines while maintaining composure
• Strong time management skills (multi-tasks, prioritizes work tasks, utilizes resources effectively/efficiently, adapts to changing work demands/priorities/environments).
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills, including presentation, facilitation and negotiation
