Responsibilities
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Treasury products, services and systems
• Provides support on Treasury Products for external clients
• Provides support on Treasury products, services and systems for Texas Capital Bank sales personnel as needed
• Performs testing of ACH file uploads, (both CSV and NACHA formats) as needed
• Performs testing of Positive Pay issue file uploads as needed
• Communicates with clients or their designees regarding testing and any format changes needed
• Performs installation, testing and ongoing support for Remote Deposit Capture clients
• Provides client training on various Treasury products as needed (onsite and remote)
• Acts as a liaison with various Treasury product vendors to facilitate implementation of products such as Account Recon, Lockbox, Positive Pay, Crossroads, etc.
• Acts as back-up for both Core Business support and Signature Service support
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Associates degree or higher preferred
• One year Financial Accounting experience or course work preferred
• Treasury cash management experience strongly preferred
• Proven strong service orientation and excellent customer service skills
• Proven understanding of the technical aspects of Treasury products, e.g., file formats, transaction flows, file transmissions, etc.
• Strong organizational skills including effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to establish positive working relationships
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Visio a plus
• Able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
• Willing and able to spend significant amounts of time answering customer inquiries via phone and email
