Position Summary
The Sr Talent Acquisitions Lead plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s Human Resources Department. The role is primarily responsible for, under intermittent supervision, for building and managing relationships with colleges and universities to develop a pipeline of new talent; as well as, taking the initiative to drive results with maximum output for GUILD.
Essential Functions
• Build and manage relationships with colleges and universities to develop a pipeline of new talent.
• Manage others performing recruiting function.
• Perform project management for implementing and managing recruiting related projects including complex aspects of a project.
• Define and manage recruiting metrics for team.
• Work in an independent role to drive results for recruiting function.
• Consult with hiring managers to identify expectations and qualifications desired.
• Define and execute campaigns to engage candidates using a variety of different methods (ads, social media, job fairs, etc); accurately and effectively reflect the value proposition for each position and attract top talent.
• Develop and manage strong relationships; act as a liaison with hiring managers and active/passive candidates in an effort to attract and hire the best talent.
• Implement and manage sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring resources are devoted to the most effective sourcing methods.
• Coach hiring managers in best practice and compliant interviewing techniques.
• Communicate company values, culture, and benefits to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment practices.
• Ensure proper data entry and information integrity within the applicant tracking system.
• Maintain competitive intelligence of industry workforce trends and how they impact the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, along with five plus years of full cycle recruitment experience with 2 or more years in mortgage or related industry required.
• Strong ability to take initiative and drive for results with minimum supervision and maximum output for GUILD.
• Passionate about delivering excellence in customer service.
• Demonstrated patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Significant relationship building experience and a capacity to build and maintain professional alliances.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong detail orientation and highly organized.
• Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Ethical, with a commitment to company values.

• Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
• Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
• Audio/Visual: Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation. Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.
• Environmental: Office environment – no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
