Opportunity Overview
Responsible for working in collaboration with multiple departments and divisions, as well as outside vendors, to ensure Home Office communications are sent to clients accurately, completely and timely, to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Position Requirements
Qualifications Required in the Job:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Series 7 and 66 required within 12 months of start date.
Strong organizational skills required.
Must have knowledge of testing and process improvement concepts
Must have strong collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Ability to deliver presentations and/or represent the department to IS and Business associates, leaders and partners
Must have solid communication and presentation skills. Mentor and communicate effectively with project teams, business users, and others. Effectively communicate and/or escalate quality issues as appropriate.
Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills required
Many issues are governed by regulations, internal policies, procedures, guidelines which do give guidance but also present constraints in problem solving.
Each effort is unique and requires ability to coordinate across a matrix of stakeholders internally and externally.
Decision Making:
Errors in judgment, delays in action, or inaction, have immediate implications and can result in loss and expense of correction.
Position will work independently on efforts that impact the area or division. Will be responsible for meeting stated timeframes for delivering solutions.
Must be able to identify issues, evaluate risks and business needs and work toward resolution, involving Department Leader and other key stakeholders as necessary.
Incorrect decisions could result in future legal, financial, and regulatory issues.
Most decisions are made independent of any guidelines and without higher level of review of decisions or consequences, while some decisions are governed by precedent, procedures, and guidelines.
Span of Influence:
This role contributes to project and enhancement efforts, which directly impact the client and branch experience. (planning, requirements gather and implementation).
The position serves as a resource for the department and external stakeholders related to the functions of the department
