Develops marketing and communications plans to support divisional/line of business goals and works with the internal services team to execute on those plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the overall communications strategy, market positioning and messaging strategy and tactical execution of marketing plans in support of divisional goals.
• Manage all marketing activities, including: advertising (print and online), lead generation, sales promotion, trade shows, and events, public relations, thought leadership, website and social media activities for a line of business.
• Implement lead acquisition strategy to build and expand prospect database.
• Develop and Manage the marketing budget for a line of business
• Develop marketing campaigns in support of new products and services and overall objectives.
• Oversee production of various communications including, client newsletters, websites, press releases, sales materials, case studies and other marketing and communication needs as required.
• Collaborate and work with Corporate Marketing Executive teams to ensure strategy aligns with company goals and parent brands.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years in Marketing/Communications with experience leading projects.
• Experience in the mortgage preferred
• Solid experience with social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Good organization and management skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and public
• Proficiency in satisfying internal and external customer needs and concerns and representing the company’s best interests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Posse exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Expert knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures of communications
• Excellent knowledge of production requirements for marketing materials (ads, printing, etc.)
• Ability to provide information to a wide variety of audiences regardless of topic and effectively deal with issues that are confidential and sensitive in nature
• Experience with lead gen tool and marketing automation tool preferred
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Ability to work collectively with the administration/facilities team associates.
• Ability to travel throughout the year as needed
