The District Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations for 8-12 retail locations. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, talent management, coaching, training, & compliance. District Managers are ultimately accountable for meeting and/or exceeding budgeted targets to include but not limited to Revenue, Labor, Debt, Expenses and over all EBITDA along with ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or above strongly desired
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in multi unit Management
• Ability to forge strong relationships
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
• Written communication skills to be concise, well organized, complete, and clear.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
• Outgoing personality, customer service oriented, team player
• Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
• BI-lingual a plus
