Description
This position consists of Online Sales(50%) and Risk Specialist(50%)
Develop profitable customer relationships and maximize revenue growth through cross selling additional products and services to customers opening accounts through the online channel. The individual will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and complying with all procedural standards.
Online Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers in opening accounts online, cross selling additional products or services, identify referral opportunities to other lines of business, and requesting customer referrals.
Responsible for management of all reporting of deposit accounts for Online Sales Team. This role will serve as the account officer of all online cost centers.
Analyze risk and manage online deposit accounts by placing holds and releasing debit/credit holds following regulatory and company guidelines.
Recognizing and processing closures for online accounts when fraud is detected.
Manage Customer Solutions email in regards to customer complaints.
Review of bank reports and documents for account management.
Additional fulfilment process may be required.
Operational Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-6pm
Saturday: 8am-2pm
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Customer service and sales goal oriented. Good verbal and written communication skills to consultative sales, and cross selling skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Strong organizational skills.
Position requires a High School diploma or a GED, with an Associate's degree preferred. 2 -4 years sales experience with 4-6 years preferred.
