Purpose:
The purpose of the Enrollment Technology Specialist (ETS) is to retain clients by insuring accuracy and timeliness through all lines of clients’ carrier submissions in addition to enrollments, terminations and changes. They facilitate this process through paper applications and/or electronic application. It will be critical for the ETS position to create flexible and collaborative relationships with the teams, carriers and clients in order to meet the position objective.
Role Expectations:
The primary responsibility of the ETS is carrier submissions. This position will also process all incoming enrollments, terminations, and change forms.
• Process all carrier submissions and sub apps for assigned Teams
• Ensure all necessary items are included in the submissions
• Scrub applications for accuracy
• Online data entry
• Contact clients for additional information
• Keep Internal Team informed throughout process
• Follow up with the carrier for final results
• Communicate any missing items to the Account Manager and Benefit Consultant
• Assist with all enrollment packets for carrier change and new business submissions
• Update Benefitpoint on all member enrollments, terminations, change forms and requests for additional information for submission completion.
• Special Projects – Can include, but not limited to building and maintaining spreadsheets for clients for enrollment purposes (10%)
