The primary duties of the Insurance inside Sales Agents are:
• Talk with prospective customers to gain a better understanding of products and services they need
• Develop solution/plan of action for potential buyer
• Sell appropriate solutions to meet member’s insurance needs
• Manage customer requests and handle objections
• Develop relationships to maximize household penetration
• Ask targeted questions to identify gaps in coverages
Minimum Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• Must have a great personality
• Property and Casualty License preferred
• 2-5 years industry knowledge of personal lines products
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Great communication skills required
• Ability to work flexible hours
