Reporting to the Director, you will build strong working relationships with global audit leaders and team members and support teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Communications. You will be part of out Strategy and Infrastructure team to support IAG in hiring, developing and retaining top talent and building diverse high-quality teams.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Support the Talent Director in coordinating intern and analyst program covering recruiting, on-boarding, training and acclimating to the firm.
• Use survey data to create quantitative analysis from the skills assessments to help identify hiring and training needs.
• Assist in managing the department's Reward and Recognition program.
• Responsible for the maintenance of People and Talent Management websites.
• Assist with preparation for town halls and coordinating philanthropic and other employee engagement events, and other projects as determined.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, along with 2-3 years HR and/or communications experience
• Strategic and critical thinking skills and ability to collaborate to achieve results
• Passionate about helping others achieve success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills plus the ability to transform data into a ‘story’
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Comfortable interacting with all levels in the organization
• Interest in internal audit or risk and control function within a large insurance company or financial services corporation a plus
• 10% or less annual travel to other locations
