This team member is responsible for putting the athlete at the center of everything we do by determining their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner via phone, email and chat. If you love a fast-paced working environment and have the ability to multitask, we want you to be a part of our team!
Responsibilities
• Field all inbound calls, determining the customers’ needs and transferring them to the appropriate party
• Walk customers through a simple order process
• Provide superior phone service regarding product offerings, availability and information.
• Contribute to individual and team sales or customer service goals
Requirements
• Ability to use computers competently; requires data entry
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and work well in a dynamic business environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Superior customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
