It's an exciting time in Liberty’s Marketing Digital & Direct organization. We are continuing to grow our Marketing Analytics Team and we are attracting some of the best strategic, creative and analytical minds. We are currently looking for a talented candidate to join the Direct Response Center (DRC) analytics team. Successful candidates will have great technical proficiency, while being able to communicate complex challenges and solutions to leaders and across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis of DRC initiatives. Continually monitor, track, and refresh analyses to measure success of key initiatives; conduct post-mortems and other operational analyses as needed.
• Assist with quantifying impact of key strategic initiatives and communicating results to varying degrees of leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business teams within Liberty Mutual (Product, Finance, and Marketing) on differing initiatives impacting DRC.
• Identify trends and issues related to New Business sales and call center Capacity.
• Provide technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the business and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Responsible for larger components of projects of moderate to high complexity. May lead own work stream under the direction of a supervisor.
• Support production of monthly reporting ranging from creation of standard views to deep-dive analyses.
• Assist with annual New Business sales and capacity Planning.
• Participate in annual Operations and Compliance processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience within a marketing-driven organization.
• High proficiency with SAS / SQL, moderate experience with excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, collaboration, organization, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities required
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, including advanced PowerPoint
