We are looking for a Human Capital Intern to join our team in the Summer of 2018.
Responsibilities:
The Human Capital Intern will be responsible for assisting with special projects associated with talent management, acquisition integration and other ad hoc projects as needed. The Intern will provide support to the human capital team; specifically, to the Global Leader of Human Capital.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial and Labor Relations from an accredited college or university.
• Expected graduation date between December 2018 and September 2019
• Minimum current cumulative GPA of 3.2
• Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize
• Strong technical & professional knowledge
• Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow
• Focus on quality work
