Qualifications
Preferred Technical & Professional Experience/Skills:
• Experience in leading within a matrixed environment.

• Ability to measure and articulate key talent outcomes that impact business.
• Experience building high performance teams and leading through others to implement major solutions, requiring ownership, buy-in, and support.
• Leadership experience in consensus building, developing teams, strategic and design thinking is required.
• Demonstrated technological savvy to leverage the educational programs with the benefits of technology.
• Proven ability to develop, effectively establish and manage large programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills as exhibited by the ability to influence others, gather information from individuals and groups, and build collaborative relationships both with HR and across the organization with individuals at all levels.
Qualifications:
• Thorough and broad knowledge of learning and people development planning, practices, and techniques to include: talent management, adult learning, leadership/management development, organizational/individual competencies and capabilities development, team development, blended learning approaches, and the use of the technology-based platforms in learning/people development.
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.
• 15+ years of experience in the following disciplines: organizational and people development, talent development, or any other related field of expertise, with progressively increasing levels of management and leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum and content development, design thinking, multimodal methods of training delivery, learning platforms, evaluation, succession planning and performance support combined with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, innovator and creative thinker.
• Demonstrated ability to flex style and solutions to the needs of the individual, organization, and environment.
• Proficiency with major MS Office software, and Learning Management Systems.
• A Master’s Degree in Education, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or related field is required.
