Description
Position Goals:
Implement, process and support the Treasury Management products for both internal and external customers.
Direct Management Received:
Manager, Operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Learn and operate all Treasury Management products.
2. Monitor and work, in a timely manner, the Treasury Management Helpdesk which includes but is not limited to:
a. Customer setup
b. Customer maintenance
c. Customer closing
3. Responsible for daily Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination procedures, including processing and transmitting files from clients.
4. Recognize and resolve technical problems with equipment and software for department and clients.
5. Maintain required reports and logs.
6. Field calls and provide support for internal and external customers regarding treasury management products.
7. May perform reconciliations, reclamations, and death notices periodically.
8. Adhere to NACHA guidelines.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education - High School diploma or equivalent (GED), plus up to eighteen (18) months of specialized training or education beyond high school in a related field.
Experience - One (1) or more years of experience of ACH processing, banking, or related business experience.

Preferred Requirements:
AAP Certification (Accredited ACH Professional)
