Job Description:
As a member of the Operations Analytics Team you will be responsible for collection and review of various data used for multiple executive level reports to include:
• Support for Operations Annual Budget, Forecast, Unit Cost and Monthly Variances Processes
• Expense & Headcount Management Reporting
• Monthly Operations Summary Deck & Metrics for Retirement Operations and Contact Centers.
• Staffing analysis
Job Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
*Experience using EPM and/or SAP
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Strong knowledge of business functions or proven ability to achieve a high level of knowledge from the current industry.
*Strong analytical skills such as logical approach to problem analysis and resolution
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
*Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers, internal business units, managers and officers
*Positive attitude with the ability to make consistent, sound and effective decisions with minimal direction
*Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management, on and off-site
*Ability to multi-task with a variety of systems and processes
