The Contact Center Supervisor provides leadership and support to a team of Junior Mortgage Bankers. They are responsible for the performance of their assigned team and must have excellent communication skills. Contact Center Supervisors interview and train new employees. Must be self-motivated and team player. Must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
Requirements:
• Provides leadership and support to assigned team.
• Monitors calls for quality assurance and training.
• Handles escalated calls.
• Provides assistance and training to Junior Mortgage Bankers.
• Motivates assigned team to meet company objectives.
• Interviews and trains new employees.
• Tracks attendance and adherence.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Professional and mature in all situations.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate.
• Organized and self-motivated.
