[POSITION SUMMARY] Primary role and responsibility is to serve as a trusted business partner who will ensure collaboration within the various Consumer and Business Banking (CBB) lines of business for strategic planning and communication on key initiatives and other priorities that are being taken into consideration prior to execution. Will act as a champion of CBB priorities and ensure they are continuously communicated and executed upon appropriately. Acts as funnel for all initiatives being launched to front-line and all line of business colleagues ensuring they are streamlined, simplified and tied to capacity. This role will have oversight, manage progress, and drive projects aligned with the goals and objectives of the Sales & Service Strategy Team. [POSITION DUTIES] ? Accountable to plan, develop and execute internal communication programs and branch readiness strategies focused on CBB initiatives, employee engagement, SPF culture priorities and reputation while ensuring the delivery of consistent messaging to employees ,? Act as a gatekeeper for all business initiatives and communications that impact the Network and other CBB lines of business ,? Agent of change serving as a trusted business partner to CBB lines of business to develop effective communications that will engage, inspire and drive desired business results. ,? Assist the Chief of Staff for the Network in development of messages and presentations for the Head of the Network. ,? Build and recommend messages for Head of Sales & Service Strategy,? Collaborate with the Leadership and Development team around opportunities for improvement for upskilling our colleagues; pull together the critical subject matter experts to support banker development and establish short and long term plans for improvement ,? Create and distribute Monthly Communication Game Plan tying in CBB priorities and strategy.,? Manage a team of that will focus on communications and development of upskilling of bankers,? Partner with Capacity Team and other lines of business to ensure appropriate resources for timing of execution.,? Project Management overview for the Sales & Service Strategy Team? Write and manage communication needs for Sales & Service Strategy Team; works collaboratively with all internal constituencies, and external partners
Qualifications
[EXPERIENCE] 8-10 years Financial Services/Sales related experience [SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE] Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.,Ability to master complex issues quickly and calmly.,Ability to thrive within a team framework in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent writing and editing skills.,Good understanding of all types of communications vehicles, including web based options.,High-level of proficiency in development of Microsoft Office Products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
