Overview
Position Summary
Executive Assistant III provides a wide variety of high-level support and administrative management to senior executive(s). The Executive Assistant III may be responsible for preparation of financial reports and presentations for department while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepares various correspondence, memorandums, and reports for executive officer(s).
• Provides administrative support/management for day-to-day operations for department.
• Schedules appointments and meetings while monitoring executive(s) availability.
• Responds to customer inquiries/complaints directed to executive officer(s).
• Monitors department budget, income and/or expenses, and prepares applicable reports.
• Processes documents for executive(s) as authorized.
• Prepares and submits regulatory reports.
• Assists with all internal and external examination requests.
• Assists on special projects. Duties may include; acting in executive(s) absence, reviewing status of project and activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence
• Ability to respond in writing to customer complaints, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients and other employees in the organization
Education and/or Experience
• HS Diploma/GED or
• AS/AA Degree or specialized training preferred
• Minimum 6 years work experience as Senior Executive Assistant
Computer Skills
• MS Office programs
