Fixed Income Capital Markets Technology Solutions Product Manager –
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our Technology efforts for Fixed Income Capital Markets. This person will partner with many groups across Baird including IT, Operations, Facilities, etc. to review and implement product solutions that help drive business. This role requires a detail oriented and client friendly approach with a self-starter mentality.
As a Fixed Income Capital Markets Technology Solutions Product Manager, you will:
• Product Owner/Administrator - Primary administrator for key FICM technologies (contract/license management, escalation of service desk/vendor support teams, direct modification of systems/interfaces)
• Branch Integration - Partner with FICM leaders, real estate team, technology providers to assess branch locations and manage changes (opening/closing/moves).
• Solutions Desk/Best Practices/Internal FICM Service Desk - Solutions Desk/Best Practices/Internal FICM Service Desk
• Technology Strategy - Understand evolving business unit environment/direction. Partner with technology providers to meet business needs. Shepherd through major team/product changes.
• Maintain business continuity plan in coordination with other team members and partners across Baird

What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience. IT experience is a plus.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure and/or short deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion. Ability to tolerate peak workloads, multiple assignments and produce results with accuracy and reliability. Demonstrates a calm demeanor and retain composure in stressful situations.
