POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist with the implementation of the Bank’s Compliance Program, including regulatory change management projects and identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks associated with the Bank’s Compliance Risk Management System. Prepare regulatory compliance analysis reports to assist Compliance Managers in managing compliance risk, including Compliance Policy changes, Compliance Program enhancements, and system changes. Track regulatory complaint management, tracking regulations, and completion of management responses to examination and audit findings, and verifying ongoing Compliance Monitoring requirements are fulfilled. Assist Compliance Managers with risk-related Compliance projects.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare ongoing and ad hoc regulatory Compliance reports and analysis
• Work with Compliance Management to assist with regulatory affairs issues, including requesting and tracking examination document requests and Compliance Management responses to Regulatory Exam, Regulatory Audit, and Compliance Monitoring Report findings
• Assist with maintaining the Bank’s CRA Central Record
• Maintain processes related to the administration of community development services and investment activities.
• Assist Compliance Management with updates related to Compliance risk assessments.
• Maintain and update metrics reports related to quarterly Compliance presentations, including CARTs, DARTs, BARTs, Compliance Management Reports and CRA Performance Reporting.
• Communicate with Bank and department staff, line of business managers and external community development service providers as part of the regulatory compliance and administration process.
• Assist with researching and resolving Bank specific CRA Compliance-related needs.
• Assist with the dissemination of compliance information to business line managers and executives, including written and graphical reports as requested by Compliance Managers
• Attend all training sessions, schools, and seminars as requested by Compliance management
• Maintain knowledge of Consumer Banking Regulations, related Statutes, and community development principals
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in banking or related industry
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as a group member
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
