Morgan Stanley is building out an industry leading digital cash management, lending and mortgage offering.
We are recruiting a Fintech Digital Analyst who is passionate about innovative products in a digital financial world to report directly to the group head. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching key industry trends and putting forward strategies that will the define the digital landscape for Morgan Stanley’s Private Bank long term.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the industry and user research of new opportunities to develop innovative FinTech digital products
• Lead the development of strategies that define key growth user segments and develop initiatives to drive growth in those segments
• Support the Digital Product Managers by providing them with industry and user research, and aiding them in the preparation of strategic presentations
• Aid in the upkeep of a group vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Private Banking digital cash management, lending and mortgage capabilities
• Research and analyze emerging technologies in the digital banking and wealth management industries including Crypto, Blockchain, AI, and Machine Learning
• Present findings to executive management
Qualifications
Experience:
• 3+ years of Tech Research, Strategy or Product Management
• Professional experience in consumer technology, banking, wealth management and/or top tier consulting firm with a focus on digital strategy is a plus
• An outstanding academic and professional record of achievement
• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred
Skills/Abilities:
• Leading communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Deep understanding and passion of web and mobile technologies
• Proactivity and independent initiative
• Deep understanding of digital usability
• Strong attention to detail in both technical and non-technical capacity.
• Strategic thinker able to define and evaluate alternatives, and translate goals into specific project tasks.
