Within Field Strategic Services, the Strategic Client Onboarding group is responsible for transformational platform strategies that provide Financial Advisors, support staff, and clients with tools to better manage business and interact with clients and the firm. We are recruiting a strategic thinker who has a passion for uncovering new opportunities and executing projects to continuously improve these tools and develop new ones. The One Client Product Analyst will be responsible for the execution of technology project activities throughout the project life cycle from concept through implementation.
The One Client Product Analyst will be primarily focused on a large, transformational data transformation to a new, modern wealth management data platform, called One Client. This will require the ability to understand the larger business strategy at a macro-level while also being able to get into detailed analysis of business rules and datasets. In addition to business analysis, requirements writing, test planning, and production support, the One Client Product Analyst will field inquiries from senior management, the service center, business partners, and branches and be able to explain how the system works, troubleshoot escalations, and propose well thought out solutions.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, inquisitive self-starter with experience in both data analysis and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Identify business needs and strategies
• Define meaningful solutions to critical business issues
• Write business requirements to achieve solutions
• Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Develop business requirements to achieve strategic solutions, building consensus between business partners, operations, UX, IT, legal, compliance, and risk
• Manage testing completion in coordination with team leads, review testing plans, defects, requirement clarifications, and completion reports to ensure a smooth implementation of enhancements to the account opening and maintenance platform
• Work with communications and training partners to educate end users and call centers about upcoming implementations and promote adoption
• Ability to navigate a Sequel database, to perform data analysis
• Manage field engagement and release rollout
• Perform business verification of new functionality releases post-implementation in production
• Liaise between cross-functional teams to identify system solutions and issue resolutions compliant with industry and governmental regulations
• Resolve escalations from senior management, the Service Center, Business Partners, and wealth management branches daily
• Simplify complex technical systems into visual process flows, tables, and PowerPoint presentations
• Assist with meeting preparation, facilitation, and note taking
Qualifications:
• BS/BA degree required
• Business strategy in the technology space required
• Data analysis experience required
• Consulting experience preferred
