As the Senior Talent and Development (T&D) Coordinator, you will work with HR colleagues globally across various functions including Talent & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners as well as business leaders to support key initiatives related to growth and development. This includes program coordination for our training programs and other T&D sponsored initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintenance of the Learning Management System (BBH Academy), which includes adding courses and classes, updating attendance records, running reports and answering employee inquiries. Liaising with various learning vendors, booking training rooms, ordering materials and payment processing. Also, you will support logistics, communications, reporting and payment for various Talent and Development programs.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be:
• Detail Oriented: Your ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment is critical.
• An Excellent Communicator: Interacting with employees at all levels, across all geographies, will require you to communicate professionally, with a focus on client service.
• Technically Savvy: Utilizing BBH Academy and other HR systems/tools to track learning and present data in a meaningful way to our internal clients and HR colleagues.

Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with Learning Management Systems and HR Systems are preferred.
