Career Description/Summary:
Do you have a passion for providing stellar customer service in a fast paced environment? Are you a high energy person who would enjoy helping businesses grow by assisting with their vehicle rental needs? Concentrix has partnered with a worldwide leading client in the truck rental, supply chain, and logistics industry, and is now hiring for Business Development Specialist in Rochester! These agents will:
• Negotiate pricing,work with marketing campaigns as well as web based leads
• Set up business accounts in the Ryder Financial Information System
• Qualify the Ryder customer for credit
• Send correspondence emails to welcome and thank Ryder customer.
• Follow up with Ryder customers on their first rental.
• Act as account manager for six months to year for the Ryder customers.
• Be able to think “on their feet” and provide alternative solutions to customers
• Communicate through outbound calls to rental branch locations
• Responsible for overall satisfaction for all internal and external customers
• Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationship
• Maintains composure when addressing stressful situations
• Clearly articulates the client's product and service offerings

What we are looking for:
The right candidates will possess:
• HS Diploma/GED
• a minimum of 4 year sales experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to pass pre hire assessments to include typing, customer service, sales aptitude, and spelling and grammar testing
• A desire to provide excellent customer service and while closing sales on rental contracts
• Negotiating skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Account management
• High energy, assertive and confident
• Active listening and an attention to detail
• Enjoys working with people in teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a non-standard work schedule, including nights and weekends.
