Responsibilities
• Perform administrative support duties.
• Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, events, teleconferences, and/or webinars.
• Coordinate travel arrangements.
• Execute expense reports.
• Proactively manage individual and team calendars.
• Provide team marketing and business development assistance as needed.
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 (two) years’ administrative support experience, ideally in a professional environment. Previous experience within a professional services firm highly desired.
• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and proofreading skills.
• Keen sense of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to handle matters confidentially.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service and exhibit a sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with frequent interruptions.
• Demonstrated level of technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at the advanced level.
• Outlook scheduling and calendar management experience a plus.
• Ability to work overtime on occasion.
