The Client Service Analyst role is a great way to jumpstart your career at a premier financial technology firm. As a CSA you will work directly with some of the largest financial institutions in the world [think banks], solving some of their most complex system issues. You will work in one of our four product groups:
• Fraud & Risk – Authorization Declines, Fraud Strategies, Credit Bureau Analysis
• Core – Pricing & Rewards
• Distributed – Client Websites & Applications
• Files & Reports – The Financial Information Hub for First Data
You Will (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide support to both internal and external clients
• Research & resolve complex client issues within the designated product lines
• Offer consultative servicing in order to meet client and company objectives
• Foster and grow positive relationships with clients and internal departments
• Act as the primary client point-of-contact for specific product inquiries and troubleshooting
You Have (Key Requirements / Qualifications):
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent networking abilities
• Superb writing and communication skills – an ability to adjust communication style for various levels of internal and external audiences
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
