About our Business: The Card Services business at Fiserv provides complete debit, credit, prepaid and ATM payment services to financial institutions as well as Accel®, a premier payments network. About the Role:
• The Enterprise Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing and delivering training materials and reference documentation for Card Services implementation teams.
• The Enterprise Training Specialist will have an opportunity to create and deliver new training courses.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop training courses for new product and service offerings.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure that course materials and training courses reflects current product features and organizational processes.
• Maintain strong interaction with SMEs to create and revise materials; with end users to review and revise materials and with other internal departments for exchange of ideas.
• Incorporate adult learning principles (learning needs/styles, etc.) in all material and activity development.
• Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and distance learning programs.
• Provide customized training to meet organizational requirements.
• Deliver and maintain a schedule of new product and refresher training courses.
• Maintain all developed courseware and tutorial scripts as necessary.
• Design, develop, maintain and publish reference documentation to reinforce procedures, processes and product knowledge learned during training.
• Represent SDO on project team meetings.
• Effectively communicate with associates.
• Supporting new associate onboarding.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with internal partners including Project Managers, other Instructional Designers, Training Specialists, subject matter experts and others in the business.
• Must be familiar with the ADDIE model of instructional design.
• Moderate travel may be required up to 10%.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience with delivery of employee job skills training.
• Experience writing procedures and/or documentation.
• Knowledge in education analysis: job function analysis, task analysis and audience analysis.
• Experience using instructional design methodology.
• Project management skills including the ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects and tasks.
• Computer proficient, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Professional written, verbal and presentation communication skills with the ability to interact with all staff levels.
• Strong experience with formal presentation development and delivery.
• Organization skills and the ability to multi-task to manage multiple and varied training programs and projects.
• Must be flexible with the ability to adapt and shift priorities to meet critical deadlines.
• Must have a strong sense of accountability and be highly motivated.
• Must be able to perform under limited supervision, able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to travel 10% within the Unites States and work extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Three years' work experience in an implementations capacity or environment preferred.
• Knowledge of eLearning software preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, EFT or credit industry highly preferred.
