What You'll Do/Need
Essential Functions:
• Develop, hone and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing
• Evaluate and enhance operations in local spending while researching and prospecting developments in global spend
• Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
• Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity
• Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
• Coordinate deliveries
• Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
• Advise on best practices for sourcing efficient construction commodities
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance or related field (an advanced degree in a related field is preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with some prior management experience
• 4+ years’ experience in real estate industry preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• An ability to successfully perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Organizational and time management skills in managing multiple, diverse and conflicting priorities
• Ability to positively receive feedback and constructive criticism
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
