Enterprise Services - Sr. Project Management Analyst
As the Sr. Project Management Analyst, you will perform specialized Enterprise Services duties on a daily basis. You will serve as the subject matter specialist typically dealing with complex issues such as: contract review, negotiation, tracking, and administration for the Enterprise Services division, procedure development for tasks, and oversight of risk mitigation for the contract process within ES. You will also work together with the Purchasing Manager to own the vendor management processes and controls globally.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
• Leading all aspects of contract administration within ES, supporting all sections of ES with establishing contract terms standards, and actively participating in the negotiation process, including regular interaction with the Office of the General Counsel.
◦ This includes document preparation, tracking, coordination, communications as well as contract (legal terms) interpretation, recognizing new standard terms to apply to contracts and database administration.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ES and the Office of General Counsel, the Supplier Management Team, and other BBH business units that participate in the contract review process.
• Serve as a primary resource for ES Risk Management, including becoming familiar with the unique risks associated with Enterprise Services and understanding the policies, procedures, audit findings, and controls that have been put in place to mitigate those risks.
• Recommending and assisting ES sections in the development of new procedures and controls as required, based on observational review, audit and compliance report finding, and changes in services ES delivers.
Qualifications:
• BS Degree required
• 5 years administrative/clerical experience preferred
• Strong PC skills (Windows XP, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
• Excellent client services skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Available to work overtime when necessary
