Human Resource (HR) Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the support of various HR functions. The position will partner closely with team members in Human Resources, as well as cross-functionally within the firm.
Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
• Responsible for supporting various groups within Human Resources including general HR project support
• Provide assistance with day to day administrative duties, respond to general requests for information and maintenance/reporting of HRIS and talent management systems
• Position will manage various projects, programs and/or processes
• Record and report management
The qualifications.
• Associates degree in Human Resources or other related business field. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4+ years experience as an administrative assistant, Human Resources Assistant or recruiting assistant/coordinator - experience in a professional services firm experience is a plus
• Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook), Visio and Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate effective time management skills by completing assignments within calendar schedules
• This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel
