The People Team:
The People team’s vision is to enrich the lives of every team member at Dun & Bradstreet globally. The Role:
Dun & Bradstreet manages all our employees and contingent workers within Workday which we deployed globally to our 20+ locations with full self-service to employees, managers and HR. The Associate HRIS Technology and Reporting Analyst will drive how to make the technology better and will be responsible for enhancements, integrations, reporting, streamlining processes and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Participate in the creation, production and analysis of dashboards and HR reporting for a community of HR specialists
•Lead HR system related implementations, status reporting to stakeholders, organizing meetings to advance projects, conducting user acceptance testing, developing training to impacted users and coordinating deployment strategy
•Review, assess and make recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of technology
•Monitor and review system upgrades, releases and security configurations to determine overall business impact, conduct regression testing and make recommendations for future enhancements/functionality
•Create reports to review and audit HR data on a periodic basis; take actions to help ensure integrity in systems and processes
•Maintain strict confidentiality to protect employee data privacy
Key Requirements:
•BA/BS with 1-2 years’ experience in technology and reporting
•Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
•Ability to take initiative and ownership to ensure successful outcomes
•Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks, and prioritize effectively while demonstrating a sense of urgency
•Advance skill with reporting, Excel and comfortable with PowerPoint & Tableau
•Workday experience a huge plus
