This is a remote position which can be located anywhere in the United States.
Role Overview:
• Support Agents with complex financial planning solutions in the areas of Non-US Citizen and dual domiciled estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, executive benefits, business succession, charitable planning, income taxation, and retirement planning
• Conduct ongoing Agent development sessions and study groups in key assigned areas to increase Agent knowledge and case flow in the Affluent and Advanced markets
• Conduct ongoing prospecting and sales activities such as client educational seminars, prospecting workshops and events, Center of Influence and advisor meetings, as well as present at national and regional sponsored events with business leaders in the Korean Community
• Conduct individual client and prospect meetings with Agents and other advisors as requested and as scheduled in assigned territory visits
• Work with Agents and with other Advanced and Investment areas to assist agents in preparing for client presentations and with case development and preparation
Qualifications:
• Fluent with Korean Language
• JD Degree required/and or equivalent business experience in Advanced Planning, MSFS, CFP, or other advanced financial planning education highly desired
• Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience
• Life Insurance License
• Series 6 & 63, Series 7 highly desired
• 50-100% travel
• In depth knowledge of complex financial planning solutions in the areas of Non-US Citizen and dual domiciled estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, executive benefits, business succession, charitable planning, income taxation, and retirement planning
• Solid knowledge and experience in the Affluent and Advanced markets, industry and competitive knowledge
• Understanding of consultative approach in working with Affluent clients and of Advisor relationship building process
• Ability to work with multiple advisors and internal areas, conduct research as needed, and act as a consultant to the agent
