SALES EXECUTIVE
WHAT DOES A GREAT SALES EXECUTIVE DO?
Do you want to be part of a highly skilled and consultative sales organization that puts the client first in solving complex business problems? Our customer centric sales model, Fiserv Way of Selling, is focused on finding award-winning solutions that truly meet our client’s needs. This is a quota-carrying sales position that is responsible for driving efforts to expand and grow Fiserv Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and services focused on the Financial Services Lending industry. Position focuses on Direct Sales including prospect identification, pipeline building, and deal closure. You will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales bookings for Fiserv by the direct sales of Fiserv products to financial institutions within designated territory or within accounts as assigned by manager. You will formulate the strategies, tactics and account plans necessary to develop the leads and relationships within his or her assigned accounts to attain his or her sales quota and collect information about potential customers. Generates leads and drives profitable revenue; prompt follow-up on leads generated by Fiserv’s website, management, other sales team members and customer referrals. Travel will be included to client sites, presenting sales materials and product demonstrations to potential clients. Do you thrive in qualifying prospects and assessing client needs? QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification in Banking, Lending, or Treasury Management preferred
• 10+ years experience preferred in the lending and mortgage industry.
• Validated and successful sales results track record with references and experience in selling multi-million dollar quotas in the software industry.
• Strong contact list at tier 1 financial institutions, mortgage originators and servicers.
• Working knowledge of CFPB and other regulations surrounding the mortgage origination and servicing industry.
• Loan Servicing industry is helpful.
• 10+ years in a consultative sales role preferably a major enterprise software vendor.
• Experience with large lending project implementations.
• Ability to travel 60%
