We are currently looking to attract a seasoned professional to lead our Business and Commercial Digital Banking strategy.
This person, will lead the strategy, development and execution of the Bank’s digital delivery of products and services to business and commercial banking clients. Focus on optimizing the profitability, customer experience, and competitiveness of the Bank’s commercial digital channels (online and mobile). Develop a future vision and execution plan to ensure the Bank’s continued relevance and viability in the face of rapidly changing customer expectations and behaviors, emerging market threats, technological innovation, as well as, changing profitability dynamics. Optimize the costs associated with managing the channel(s) while improving the Bank's ability to maximize revenue generation. Provide leadership and oversight for all channel related products and services, ongoing enhancements, and related policies and support processes across the enterprise. Oversee large and complex vendor relationships with software, payments, and financial services providers as needed to maintain/enhance existing capabilities. Partner with Treasury Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing, and field leadership to grow revenue generated by the digital delivery of business/commercial products and services.
The Channel Strategy Manager is ultimately accountable for delivering a differentiated banking experience while maximizing profitability in the context of rapidly evolving customer expectations and significant digital/payments innovation and disruption across the financial services industry.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 15 years (with 7 years management experience in financial services)

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 19 years (with 11 years management experience in financial services)
Additional Requirements:
Strong strategic acumen.
P&L ownership and accountability.
Proven leadership ability with a demonstrated track record executing against top business strategic initiatives.
Strong customer experience and process improvement focus.
Solid technical acumen.
Product and/or delivery channel experience in banking or financial services.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading RFPs and/or negotiating large scale contracts.
Post-graduate degree or MBA
Up-to-date understanding of macro trends in banking, including evolving profitability scenarios, consumer and business customer trends and preferences, competitive landscape, and future direction of the industry.
Incumbent can effectively build internal and external networks to facilitate adoption of changes in the channels, as well as to stay abreast new technologies and strategies employed across the industry.
