Reporting to and working directly for the Vice President of our Private Client Advisory group, you will be managing key and high-revenue producing accounts. The job requires a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy, and decision-making based on industry knowledge and experience. You will provide professional insurance guidance, expertise, and service to clients, as well as develop and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. Performing accurate and thorough reviews of client coverage, exposure, and price, and communicating recommendations to the customer in a timely manner are also key components of this position. While this is not a sales role, you will be expected to develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, and contribute to meeting departmental production goals.
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated insurance professional with 5 to 7 years Personal Lines high net worth account management experience with an established broker. This includes working with major insurance carriers. A valid Property & Casualty Broker’s License is required. Excellent presentation, communication skills, and experience with an automated agency management system are a must. And a college degree is preferred.
