POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for security administration of enterprise system user accounts and associated accesses in accordance with company security procedures. This is an entry-level position, where the administrator is expected to need guidance and assistance with processing complicated, unique and ambiguous requests. The primary systems are the FIS mainframe system, including the administration of Optical report groups, Cardbase, General Ledger subsystems, and the Microsoft Windows domain. The other enterprise systems include, O365, Outlook, Lotus Notes, ActivPack remote access, STAR Retail Sales Platform, and Optima IMS.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing of Online Security Requests notices for the purpose of assignments, maintenance of system user accounts and associated access rights in accordance with defined procedures. This includes:
• Administer a large number of systems in accordance with department procedures
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of user information in a department database
• Manage workflow for all security requests to meet department service levels
• Communicating with individuals at all levels to understand needs and provide status of a request.
• First point of escalation and problem resolution for Service Desk and end users related to user accounts
• Process termination notices
• Maintain up-to-date security administration procedures
Completing requests require the following tasks:
System User Security Administration:
• Administration of user security for Production, Holding Co, Trust, Test, Training on the FIS system
• Administration of all Teller cash ticket numbers and General Ledger numbers
• Maintain Optical reporting groups
• Administration of FIS Client Portal accounts, enabling access to training and support resources
• Maintain Cardbase and General Ledger subsystem access permissions
• Responsible for maintaining Business Objects Infoview Data Warehouse accounts
Enterprise Windows Systems User Security Administration:
Administration of enterprise Windows domain accounts, including login scripts, individual network drives, and groups
Lotus Notes Administration:
• Administration of Lotus Notes accounts
• Recover and/or reset passwords for Lotus Notes ID files where the Service Desk is unable to do so
Remote Access Administration:
• Administration enterprise remote access accounts on the ActivIdentity ActivPack server
• Enterprise Imaging Administration
Cisco IP Telephony User Administration:
• Administration of user telephony settings and advanced features
Supporting Duties:
• Report monthly metrics for administrative activities.
• Escalate issues and changes to service providers
• Responsible for completion of additional projects, as assigned

Requirements
• Undergraduate computer or technical degree required
• Active Directory user administration experience required
• Perform work in a highly detailed manner to ensure accurate user setup and department data
• Microsoft Excel required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor under stress
• Ability to follow sufficiently detailed procedures to complete tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Windows technical training and Lotus Notes experience preferred
• SANS or other technical information security training preferred
• 18+ months Technical Service Desk (Tier 1); or 1+ year support of Windows servers or Tier 2 Service Desk experience desired
