Primary Job Duties:
Solicit, sell and service personal lines auto/home/health insurance and new memberships.
Qualifications:
Inside sales position that requires a broad range of knowledge of specialized subject matter and procedures. The individual in this position sells a wide range of property and casualty branded insurance products and Life/Health insurance products from various distribution channels. The individual also processes and accurately documents each policy transaction.
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
2-5 years of experience quoting, selling and or servicing personal insurance products for an insurance agency or insurance company. Licensed by the state of OH to sell Property and Casualty &/or Life and Health Insurance. BA or Associates Degree preferred. Knowledge of insurance products and regulations, sales and service techniques and automation systems are required. Accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work in a fast pace and energetic environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to make decisions of a routine nature in accordance with established practices and procedures.
