Essential Functions
• Responsible for managing projects and subprojects / work efforts, typically of medium to large size and complexity
• Developing project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Facilitating meetings including preparing agendas and coordinating schedules and materials, documenting meeting minutes, following-up on action items; gathering, organizing and distributing project related documentation
• Conducts risk monitoring and controls during a project’s duration to ensure ability to achieve expected outcomes, on time and on budget
• Manage project budgets :including develops project cost estimates and forecasting
• Participate in the creation and execution of project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and review vendor deliverables
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

Job Complexities
• Uses skills as an independent, seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and established policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoots a wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise.
• Detects and resolves situations that may cause risk to the project and its completion.
• Manages a projects ranging from $250K to $3MM, typically lasting 6 months or less.
• May concurrently lead 2-3 medium projects or is track lead for 1-2 large projects
Supervision Received or Extended
• Provides input to and achieves set objectives.
• Negotiates, persuades, and gains consensus from implementation team and/or management on assigned objective.
• Errors may cause project delays and/or missed project deadlines.
• Works under general supervision of more experienced team members.
• Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives.
• Uses expertise of more senior level team members and leverages additional resources to confirm solution or explore customized applications as a solution.
• Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.
Impact
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• 8 years’ experience or more with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio)
• 4- 8 years’ experience with Microsoft Project and PPM Tools
• 4 – 8 years or more Title insurance/Mortgage acumen and IT experience
• Understanding varies IT delivery methodologies (RUP, ITIL, Agile, Waterfall)
• Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
• Detail oriented possessing high organization and planning skills.
• Strong analytical skills as well as ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Professional communication is a must: Communicates project status to team and business owners throughout the duration of the assignment to make certain all impacted stakeholders have an understanding of risks, issues and activities related to the project
• Ability to self-start and be versatile in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem solving skills

Typical Education
• BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience.
Typical Range of Experience
• Typically have 4 – 8 years of directly related experience.
License or Certification
• PMP Certificate Required
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Preferred
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification preferred
