Strategic Sourcing Planning & Delivery
• Develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for facility management and project delivery goods and services that drive value to JLL and our clients.
• Develop account category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies.
• Lead development and execution of all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation
• Identify and lead appropriate operational resources to execute initiatives,
• Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio
Supply Chain Performance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance to JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
• Manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities and issues.Understand, track, and mitigate key risks related to our supply chain partners. Report results and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional sourcing initiatives in partnership with our operations teams
Innovation and Client Value
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with internal Facility Management and Project Delivery teams and clients to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations
• Support the Life Science Supply Chain leadership in the overall goal of developing a level of confidence that JLL external spend has been optimized through leveraging spend across the practice
• Bring strategic thought leadership to account to identify additional cost and operational efficiencies
• Support a supplier diversity program in accordance with client and company requirements
