Fiserv's Credit Union Solutions division provides integrated account processing solutions for more than one-third of the credit union marketplace, building an innovative foundation for growth, as well as the technology needed to drive efficiency and delivering member service in a changing marketplace. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. You are the second point of contact in our client contact channels where you define, log and resolve moderate to complex problems.
2. Simulate or recreate your clients' problems to analyze and resolve their user operating difficulties.
3. Interact with other department personnel and offer your technical assistance while communicating customer suggestions for enhancements.
4. Participating in the on-call rotation, month-end rotation, and/or Saturday coverage is necessary.
5. Provide assistance and support to your other team members as needed and performs other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience required
2 + years’ experience in application support
Additional Skills/Knowledge
• You should have working knowledge of the organization and intermediate level of technical skills necessary and the process for completing assignments.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Superb communication skills, ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
• Knowledgeable of Fiserv products and systems and/or other financial technology products to provide advice or analysis that may influence associates and clients use and disposition of resources.
• You should be will versed at making routine decisions and taking on general problems, while understanding when more complex or far-reaching decisions should be referred to higher level support staff.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge in Ad-hoc report writing a plus, not required
• HDI Analyst certifications useful
• Experience working with Fiserv's Galaxy, an account processing platform for our Credit Union clients strongly preferred
