The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Optimization will be highly knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and tactics. This person is responsible for the development of measurement and optimization of digital strategies and lead generation campaigns to support marketing programs, utilizing any or all of the following: Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, all forms of display, paid social media, native ads, mobile applications and owned media to drive measurable, inbound marketing results. Tracks and reports digital marketing key performance indicators and identifies, recommends and executes improvements for optimizing strategy, budget allocations and end-to-end customer experience (e.g. funnels, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, conversion/touch points). The Senior Digital Marketing Manager has a deep knowledge of their area which they will leverage to work with other functions such as Digital Channels, Branding, and Product Management, to evaluate, design and deploy new programs. This particular role within the digital marketing team is analytical, knows how to construct management reports, evaluate trends, structure A/B tests, and has a deep understanding of the different types and source of data collected in an online purchase funnel. He/She will be the expert on the team for collecting data to tell a story, detecting issues or opportunities, and pursuing new solutions to enhance tracking, data usage, and marketing optimization.
This role:
• Performs analysis and provide recommendations to improve and optimize marketing campaigns (impressions, Click through rate /CTRs, registration, conversions, etc.).
• Optimizes key production indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing.
• Collaborates development, execution and optimization of campaigns, targeting strategies and creative design align with test and learn goals.
• Utilizes a mix of digital channels and integrate with offline counterparts in marketing and other functional areas such as the branch or contact center.
• Collaborates on digital media optimization, potentially internal and external.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing and sales teams by demonstrating and coaching best practices of digital marketing.
• Manages requirements for proper tracking, measurement and optimization of any new product or solution to be marketed digitally. Including developing requirements for internal and external tagging, online and offline data integration points, reporting, and dashboards.
• Manages the integration of new digital marketing tools or platforms into the marketing and digital tech stack.
• Responsible for monthly executive dashboard creation.
• Maintains the annual test and learn strategy for digital marketing programs. Collaborates with digital marketing team to set test and learn agenda and strategy.
• Drive set-up and analysis of all A/B or multi-variate creative tests, both onsite and offsite.
• Maintains master forecast and actuals across all digital marketing programs.

Qualifications
• Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Typically viewed as a specialist within discipline.
• May have broad knowledge of project management.
• Requires 7 years minimum prior relevant experience.
• Bachelors Degree
• High School Diploma or GED Required
Skills
• Demonstrated competence and knowledge of overall digital marketing (e.g. website, social media, mobile applications, E-sales tools) with ability to turn digital activity into meaningful marketing and business results. Must have experience planning, developing and executing complex marketing programs.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction while successfully meeting project objectives and managing multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
• Able to work in fast paced environment while staying flexible to frequently shifting tasks and objectives.
• Proven ability to drive analytical insight, pulling key conclusions from data and proposing meaningful hypotheses.
• Demonstrated experience in project management both independently and as a member of cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated impeccable written, speaking and reading abilities in addition to excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills as shown through maintenance of good working relationships both inside and outside the organization.
