Client Experience Associate – Client Trade Support
In this role, you will dedicate yourself to servicing our clients and making a difference in their lives. On a daily basis, you will interact with internal and external business partners, providing subject-matter expertise pertaining to the trading and settlement of equity and fixed income securities.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Customer service-focused individual with superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex information to clients in a simple manner
• College Degree
• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to build rapport and create a personalized experience for our clients
The Purpose of Your Role
As a critical member of the Client Experience organization, you will provide superior service to our clients by taking 50+ inbound calls daily that deal with a range of service issues around equity and fixed income trading. This team works closely with our internal business partners across the Fidelity enterprise as well as external partners. The goal for this role is to provide the highest level of service while assisting our clients with complex trading-related problems and inquiries.

The Institutional Support Group (ISG) is a critical member of the Client Experience organization. ISG provides operations support to Fidelity Institutional (FI) clients, addressing client inquiries regarding the following: Transfer of Assets, New Accounts, Money Movement, Corporate Actions, Mutual Funds, Trade Support, and Securities Pricing/Processing. The Client Experience team is committed to delivering innovative client experience solutions with the highest level of quality and expertise across our platforms, products and services
