Position Overview

As aProcess Improvement Director within PNC's Consumer Lending organization, you will be based in Cleveland, Ohio, or Pittsburgh, PA, or Columbus, OH, or Chicago, IL.
This position will focus on process improvements in Mortgage originations. Key critical requirements for the role are listed below:
1) MUST HAVE 3-4 years process improvement experience in Mortgage originations through fulfillment. Candidates without Mortgage experience will not be considered.
2) Lean Six Sigma certification with practical experience having delivered successful projects
3) Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain management, Operations Research or similar process improvement disciplines
4) Digital mortgage originations experience is a plus
Job Profile
• Responsible for the overall strategy and design of process improvement programs across the organization.
• Oversees strategies, processes, guidelines and support of process improvement initiatives and programs.
• Champions, promotes and continuously evaluates process improvement initiatives and programs.
• Monitors effectiveness of process improvement strategies and programs; initiates improvements as necessary.
• Directs staffing, development and performance management programs for staff; manages, motivates and develops management team.

Required Education and Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
