What You'll Do
In this newly created department, Ally Premiere, you will deliver a world-class experience for Ally's customers during every interaction. You'll provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly attitude. The Associate will be empowered to serve our Customers through the channel of the Customer's preference, such as inbound calls, outbound calls, click-to-chat, and secure messaging.
What You'll Need
• Passion for delivering an exceptional experience to Ally Customers
• Commitment to teamwork, resolving conflicts productively, and developing long-term relationships
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete objectives
• Prior experience in customer service, financial services or similar industry preferred
• Knowledge consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and trust accounts
• High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline preferred
• Completion of a Customer Care Associate assessment is required (you will be given a link to the assessment if you are considered for the next step in the recruiting process)
