Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting for numerous Bank departments
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applications to identify and recruit candidates.
• Reviews resumes and prescreens candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
• Maintains primary relationship and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
• Assists in the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Works with hiring manager(s) and compensation to develop competitive offers
• Runs background checks
• Completes new hire onboarding process
• Co-facilitates New Hire Orientation sessions on a periodic basis
• Assist with fall/winter college recruitment efforts, as needed
• Other duties, including special projects, as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
• To perform this job successfully, the individual should have strong knowledge of recruitment techniques.
• Minimum 3-4 years related recruitment experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking platforms preferred
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a requisition load of 20-30 at a given time
• Solid attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with our client partners is key to success
• Interest in serving our communities through bank sponsored events
