Description
• Responsible for marketing OneAmerica’s Asset Based LTC portfolio to new and existing Financial Advisors inside the Bank channel by conducting product and sales training to Financial Advisors and branch management.
• Seek expertise in the Long Term Care Industry.
• Proactively seek development of new initiatives to enhance OneAmerica’s success in all assigned accounts to maximize market presence.
• Develop and implement a territory business plan. Developing strategy and tactical plans to achieve business plan objectives.
• Supports and participates in various partner firm meetings and conferences.
• Capture Field activity, marketing and sales related date in Sales Force. Analyze to make necessary changes to business plan.
• Develop close working relationship with internal sales partner.
• Participate in point of sales activities including client workshops and client face to face with the advisor and his/her clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Life insurance / Long-Term Care (LTC) industry. Bank channel experienced preferred.
• Must hold Insurance Life and Health license
• Series 6 or 7 must be obtained within 6 months of employment if not currently licensed.
• Industry designations preferred (CFP, ChFC, CLU, CLTC)
• Knowledge of the Long Term Care Industry Preferred.
