Provides support to the Branch Manager. May also coordinate branch events, trainings, new business, and/or recruiting. Composes correspondence and documents of a highly confidential nature. Notes commitments made by the branch manager during meetings, and arranges for staff implementation. Arranges and coordinates travel and meeting schedules. May prepare agendas and meeting
materials. Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters. Typically has progressed to this level after several years in an administrative role.
Position may also coordinate support for other support positions in the branch. May be lead support position for District Manager assistants. May be responsible for training new support staff members.
